| NCB Capital Awarded the International Accredited BS-25999 Standard from the BSI |

It is our pleasure to announce that NCB Capital was recently awarded the international accredited BS-25999 standard from the British Standard Institution (BSI) for its pioneering work in Business Continuity Management (BCM). It is a great honor and privilege to be recognized as the first investment company in the Middle East and North Africa to achieve BSI accreditation for Business Continuity Management.
Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees, and to put in place actionable plans that will mitigate disruption to our business. The BSI accreditation recognizes and confirms the importance of business continuity planning and preparation for a range of potential operational scenarios.
This is an essential element of modern business and NCBC has been recognized for the efforts it has made over the past three years to build a BCM operation of international standards.
Certification of our business continuity plans is well-deserved recognition of the robust plans and processes that we have put in place, tested and exercised, and I thank everyone who has worked to achieve this successful outcome.
